Men’s Relationship and Sexual Health Group

Co-facilitated with Dr. Aaron J. Kimbel, LPC, CST

Focus:  All men need a safe place to talk about sexual concerns, but rarely is that space available. This group is designed for men of all different backgrounds and orientations as an alternative to “locker-room talk.” Instead, we will thoughtfully engage the following topics and more over the course of the 12 weeks:

• Self-nurture

• Sensuality/mindfulness

• Self-image/body image

• Sexual comfort and knowledge

• Partnership

• Non-genital and genital sex

• Spirituality

• Passion

This group is intended to be a culturally competent, diverse, safe, sexually informed and confidential space for sexual health conversations.
