I enjoy engaging the therapeutic process with individuals, relationships, families and groups. Each experience is unique and transformative. Typically I will start by gathering some basic information about your family, life history, and presenting issues that bring you to the therapeutic process and together we will chart a path forward based on your goals and needs. Contact me for more information on how I might be helpful to you, your relationship, or your family.

Brainspotting is a brain-based psychotherapy approach that uses the field of vision to find where a person is holding trauma or negative experiences in their brain. In short, where we look affects how we feel. A brainspot is a point in your field of vision that correlates with where in your brain you hold a problem that brings you into therapy. When you are looking out at that spot in your field of vision, you are also looking inward at that spot in your brain. Brainspotting in the psychotherapy process can offer healing and processing in a deep and profound way. Some presenting issues where Brainspotting might be helpful are:
• Physical and emotional trauma
• Recovery from injury and accident trauma
• Sexual Problems
• Stress and trauma-related medical illness
• Sports Performance and Creativity Enhancement
• Addictions (especially cravings)
• Perceptual problems
• Trauma resulting from war and natural disasters

Introducing in 2017:
Men’s Sexual Health Group

Location: 23 Lenox Pointe, Atlanta, GA 30324

This group is intended to be a culturally competent, diverse, safe, sexually informed and confidential space for sexual health conversations.
